How to Obtain Service

For all questions regarding technical support, repair or product returns of the RoamEO GPS Pet Location product, please contact a customer service representative at the Factory by either email or phone.

Before any product can be returned, you must contact customer service to determine if a return is necessary. In many cases, a customer service representative can resolve your problem over the phone, making a return unnecessary.

However, if it is determined that your RoamEO GPS product must be returned for service repair, you must first obtain a return authorization (RA) from the Factory. Products returned without an RA cannot be accepted. Please package your product securely and include a copy of the original sales receipt which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repair work. Product must be sent with freight charges prepaid to the address supplied by the customer service representative at the Factory.

Products purchased though on-line auctions are not eligible for warranty coverage.
